Founded in 2001, Cable Ties Unlimited, CTU, is a family-owned business and emerging leader in the sales and distribution of cable ties and wire/cable management products. We offer everything from your standard ties to specialty material ties to cover pretty much every application. In addition to distributing our own brand of cable ties, we also represent Thomas & Betts, Panduit, Hellermann Tyton, & Velcro Brand Products, to name a few.
Cable Ties Unlimited stocks and distributes more types of cable ties than anyone in the business. CTU is known in the industry for their quality products, customer service and order turnaround times for both the smallest and largest orders. CTU’s streamlined distribution model allows for same-day shipping for most orders with a 98% fill-rate.
CTU’s 192% growth over the past three years is a reflection of the company’s commitment to meeting the needs of its customers. In early 2019, we more than doubled our warehousing capacity to meet the demand from our customers and to ensure we always have what you need in stock.
Cable Ties Unlimited has shown additional growth in its ability to service clients by offering over 450 different wire management products. CTU prides themselves on their custom order capabilities which include private labeling, custom imprinting, and even sourcing of those hard-to-find items.
Shipping & Delivery
Cable Ties Unlimited ships with the carrier selected at the time of purchase. We are subject to carrier shipping schedules. Contact us or the carrier directly during the holidays to get information about shipping schedules. Customers will be contacted if there’s a known shipping delay. Larger orders typically ship via freight, using a carrier chosen by Cable Ties Unlimited or specified by the customer at the time of purchase.
Returns & Replacements
Typically our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
* The product was purchased in the last 30 days
* The product is in its original packaging
* The product isn’t used or damaged
* You have the receipt or proof of purchase
* You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from usReturns are subject to a 20% restocking fee at the sole discretion of Cable Ties Unlimited.

Ordering
For stock orders received by 3:00 pm EST we strive to ship same day, carrier permitting. If we receive a stock order after 3:00 pm (EST) we ship the following business day. All orders placed with Cable Ties Unlimited will receive an order confirmation sent via e-mail. All customers with questions are encouraged to contact us. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 5:00 pm EST.
